Do we have to do zone 5 first if beginner? Then up to 4 3 2 1 like that?
Nicole's reply: Hi Fathi, Running zones are usually used when you are training by pace or maximum heart rate. Zone 1 is the gentlest zone and zone 5 is for hard efforts. If you are new to MAF training, then you shouldn't be worrying about zones but you should be concentrating on staying below your maximum MAF heart rate.
