Nicole's reply: Hi Nic, how often you should do MAF runs depends on what time you have available and your current health and fitness.
Aim for your runs to be at least 45 minutes (including 15 mins of warm up and 15 mins of cool down) and if you can, aim to train 7+ hours a week. It is quite possible to over-train even doing MAF training, so go slowly in increasing time if you are not used to it.
